Fun and Challenging Classes
We go out of our way to make sure our classes are upbeat, fun and challenging. We also limit our class sizes so they are never crowded. Let’s be honest getting fit and losing weight can be difficult at times. It requires hard work and sacrifice to get results. We are all about hard work and hustle here at SOF but we also like to have some fun. If you hate the process you’re not going to last very long and you certainly won’t get the results you want. Believe it or not, having fun is one of the most important variables to a successful program. Numerous studies have shown that having fun with a fitness program and or diet greatly increases the likelihood of being successful.
Tools, Technology and Resources
We provide the tools, technology and resources our members need to get the results they want. We utilize smart scales and heart rate monitors so that we can track your activity and results in real time no matter where you are. Our program includes a highly effective nutrition guide with meal plans, recipes, grocery list and a supplement guide. With our Fitness On Demand (FOD) program you will literally have access to hundreds of online workouts that you can do anywhere. Our FOD program includes Yoga, Pilates, kickboxing, spin, dance fitness, weight training, functional fitness, aerobics and so much more. We offer accountability coaching and access to our accountability coaching app. With the Accountability App, Smart Scale and Heart Rate monitor our coaches will be able to track your food, workouts, progress pictures as well as your weigh-in results in real time from anywhere. The tools, technology and resources we offer is what makes our program so effective.
